Last night I ignored the urge to register SpaceShipThree.com , and today the .com .net .org and .whatnot is all taken.

Today I decided to redeem myself and find another good dn investment. After a bit of investigation I discovered the huge potential of Augmented Reality: Google Trends: augmented reality . The estimated AR market size in 2014 is $732,000,000 , especially in AR marketing.

I think adverts and billboards shown as augmented reality on mobiles will become simply huge, and so I decided to get a piece of the pie, all new .com registrations:

ar+
advert
adverts
billboard
billboards
registrar

There are still a lot of possibilities available, so I thought I'd share this so you can also get a piece of the action :santa:

Using AR Glasses Slows Down Your Reactions Time

Augmented reality, where digital data is overlaid on the real world, is fast-becoming an inevitable part of our future. From Hololens to Google Glass, major technology firms are betting big on its potential.

But that potential comes with dangers - and the latest to be uncovered is a significant increase in response times when wearing augmented reality glasses. Psychologists at the University of Central Florida have found that people are easily distracted by extra information being put in front of their eyes.

Multitasking

In tests, Joanna Lewis asked 363 student volunteers to complete a "find the object" task on a computer. Some wore Google Glass, and some did not. Of those that did, some were told to ignore information that popped up in their headset, while others were told to try to remember it.

โ€œI am deeply interested in multitasking and whatโ€™s happening with our cognitive processing when this is happening,โ€ Lewis said. โ€œWeโ€™re trying to understand that at a theoretical level.โ€

In all the experiments, students wearing the Google Glass headset took longer to complete the main task than those who didn't. Lewis believes that this was because two sets of information (from the task and from the headset) were competing for the visual processing resources in the participants' brains.

Distracting and Dangerous

Lewis' supervisor, Mark Neider, said: "The idea here is to explore to what extent displayed secondary information might interfere with the primary task at hand, such as driving. What our data suggests is secondary information presented on a heads-up display is likely to interfere, and if that happens while driving, it may be distracting and dangerous.โ€

โ€œThe goal here is to make the case that we should be careful, and just because we can [integrate heads-up display technology into everyday activities] doesnโ€™t mean we should,โ€ Lewis added.

I dont mind glassesar.com i think its a very universal name with a wide ranging appeal . I think $200 is way too low i would want at least $2000 plus as it is where the future lies glasses are the ultimate goal for all Silicon Valley companies.

That's a "dream team", congrats.

The first four are very good, without any doubt, "arsearch" I like a lot too.

The others are great too, they are great, "the ar for navigation, learnilng, training, tours".

With the addition that the last three are words of use in a multitude of languages, they are international words, and in some of them the use of air is very possibly "keyword + ar".

The best thing I've seen in the thread for a long time.

Glassesar - com, deserves a point apart.

The main means of entry of air, not the only one, will be the air glasses, and therefore there will be a specific reality for the glasses, anotther for smartphones, another for the showcases, another for the mirrors, another for the front glass of cars, etc. , etc etc.

So from this point of view, the name is very good: ar for glasses.

In addition if we add that we still do not know with certainty, as it happens with vr, as will be demanded and valued by the companies the names with keyword + ar, that name has potential, that only the time and the market will reveal if it is Big or huge.

And finally in the worst of situations, according to all the predictions "ar" is going to be a real revolution, the glasses, among other multitude of devices, will be the central element of that revolution and as such "arglasses" will be an authentic Fortune, and as a direct consequence of that, without further consideration of another type, "glassesar" would have an important derived value, although the grammar is not the exact one.

Although I have empty pockets, after several years of investment and what I need is to sell and not buy, if you think they sell for that price I give you double.
