If you're a fan of Atom's (formerly Squadhelp) White Label Marketplace (WLM), this thread is for you—long overdue, in my opinion. I often find myself searching for other investors who use Atom's WLM, just to get insights on how sales are going and what strategies work best. Such as- should you only showcase your own portfolio or include Atom's entire inventory? And here's a big one—are people actually getting that 10% payout? Is it being tracked fairly?

The frustrating part is finding answers, I have to sift through tons of posts in Atom's official thread when it would make way more sense to have all things WLM in one dedicated space. Atom's general listings and premium names are an entirely different setup from the WLM, which deserves its own thread since it's its own product.

In my search, I even came across a domainer who was baffled by another domainer’s 90k+ name portfolio. Turns out, it’s because they’re using Atom’s WLM and have opted to showcase Atom’s full inventory as well.

So, let’s make this space useful:

  1. Share your WLM URL
  2. Ask questions
  3. Share your WLM sales (so we can see if it’s really worth it)
  4. Discuss technical aspects that could be improved
  5. Share marketing/SEO tips
Let’s get the conversation going!

How is everyone doing today? Are there any sales this week? Does anyone want to share how they drive traffic to their WLM pages? Do you have any tips on making domains stand out on Atom.com from an internal keyword or root word perspective? I'm at branddivine.com

A lot of my domains go to a blank page like this instead of the listing page. Does anyone know how to fix that? All my premium names are fine this is just happening in the standard listings.

I forward each domain to their respective landing pages. All url's are the same, so you only change the domain that's on the end. Make sure to confirm ownership of each name too. i used the txt option.

1. BrandingInvest.com

4. Overall Atom's current WLM is great value-add at no additional cost if you have more than just a handful of domains listed on the main Atom.com platform.

Currently noticing occasional bugs regarding e.g. slower page loading speed and limited inventory search functionality, but have good faith that Atom's team will clean these up between the many updates on the main site.

5. For marketers and influencers who are not active domain investors, there is a second interesting use case to setup the marketplace as a branded affiliate channel - with the option to sell the whole Atom.com catalog for a commission share. Should potentially be attractive for e.g. startup influencers, as they would not need to invest capital and time in risky domain assets, just point an already targeted audience in the direciton of the Atom cataloge and earn passive commission share when end-user interest converts into sales.

One could also run a mix of owned names plus the entire catalog. Would be interested to hear if anyone finds success with that strategy.

Hi everyone - I am just starting to use the WLM and am very curious as well if it makes a big improvement.

1. VeloceDomain.com
2. Do you all toggle the "Standard" or "Minimal" Atom branding? I'm using the Standard Recommended at the moment.
3. No sales to-date, as I just started. Hopefully that is to change soon.
4. No strong opinion yet.
5. The SEO side is interesting and something I'm trying to figure out. Currently, I'm not listing Atom's whole marketplace - just my names, but I'm not ruling that out, subject to performance as is.

Thanks!

Great post, i will share some of my info and would love to heart from others.

1. My Atom page BrandDivine.com
2. I have it set for standard branding.
3. No Sales - I been up for like 5 months. I have 19 premium 7 plus, 145 standard domains.
4. So far my opinion is its not an effective platform for selling domains, but it looks really cool.
5. What do you find interesting about the SEO - maybe I'm not doing something correctly on that. I have submitted my domain BrandDivine.com to google but i cant get it to show up in search at all.

Some other notes
On Atom I have 10k views, 400 shortlisted domains, 15 domains have strong buyer interest.
I have been messing with my pricing dropping prices to see if that helps nothing is moving.
I have also tried marking domains with Make Offer - but did not see that make much of a difference.
I have had better luck selling domains on SEDO where i have sold many domain in the 10-20k range and a handful in the $100,000-$600,000 range.

I too would love to know what others are seeing, how do you drive traffic to your domains? How are you optimizing for SEO? How do you come up with realistic domain prices? Are you doing BN or MO?

Thanks

Ah understood, thank you so much for sharing this - very interesting indeed, and hopefully you're able to get more traction through the WLM. You have some great names!

I have about 350 names on my WLM, of which, about 40% are Premium, the rest Plus.

For the SEO piece - maybe tweaking the "About" section on the listed domains could improve that. I'm not an SEO person so this is something I'm trying to educate myself on.

For the pricing, I try to stay in the $2.5 - $5k range for most but some I'll price higher - all BIN. Since I have yet to sell, my approach could be all wrong.

No sales yet on my end either. All we can do is test and see what works overtime. Wishing you good success!

Has it been determined that it is tracked fairly and that people do get the payout?

I have doubts, and that's why i no longer showcase names owned by others. I just don't feel confident that if i bring in a sale, that i would get commission or even be told about it. But i know few people who have gotten direct sales from their own names.

You can list on Atom, Sedo and Afternic all at once, so if you get sales on Sedo then you should have a higher chance of a sale with even more promotion and publicity. That's my opinion.

Thanks -- I had my doubts also. I just changed my WLM to only show my portfolio. If they can show/report definitive proof that they accurately track and make payouts, then I would change it back to showing the entire Atom Catalog.

Also, thanks so much on the tip on how to show what names appear in the Popular Domain Names section!

How does the Generate Logo work when I'm not happy with the 1st try? Does it cost 1 coin each time until I finally like the results? So if it took me 3 tries to get a Logo I like, it would cost 3 coins? Or can I use 1 coin to try multiple times until I like the results?

If you're talking about their standalone one, yes it costs a credit for each one, minimum spend about $8 for 25 of them, and it's much worse than the one they have for the domain marketplace, I just wasted 8 on more or less the same variations using the same boring colours. I'll probably just resort to using ChatGPT instead.

Has anyone using WLM setup Cloudflare, and have they noticed any improvement from doing so? Atom is bad on its own for heavy caching, I'm wary of adding Cloudflare to that equation, and then there's the potential friction of the CAPTCHAs. I'm not even sure how it would be done since it says you have to change the nameservers to Atom, but Atom itself has no option for adding the WLM A records?

Been more than 6 months, but yes, each generated logo costs a coin. I notice on average it usually takes about 2-3 coins to produce a logo, and I had one domain with a misspelling (cofffy.com) that I spent about 8 coins on before I gave up - it would always produce a logo with two Fs.

They said they were going to add A record capability long time ago but I haven't seen it so no I don't do the Cloudflare setup as I have too many A records in use.

@Atom.com Please either improve the body text of the WLM About section or provide a way to customise the font, the default one and its size looks terrible and unprofessional compared to the headers. The text colour should probably also change automatically based on whether the background is dark or light, this is pretty common nowadays, it's built into modern CSS and has been supported in major browsers for years: https://codepen.io/specy-the-bold/pen/BaXgoPE.

This is a general problem across the site, small text looks blurry - compare the top menu text here with the much better hero headers and subheader:

Screenshot 2025-12-25 at 04-19-28 Premium Domains For Sale - PrescientNames.com.png

Or the non-bold text here:

Screenshot 2025-12-25 042009.jpg

I always put this down to a more complicated anti-aliasing/ClearType bug, but some research shows that it's a problem of the font itself - Product Sans, which Google made and have themselves admitted to looking bad at small sizes: https://9to5google.com/2025/12/19/google-sans-flex-font. This makes sense, because on further research Product Sans is an old internal font that isn't licensed at all for non-Google usage and was never released in a non-TTF webfont, so you should never have been using it anyway and should probably move to a better more modern font ASAP that works at both large and small sizes: .

20 seconds in browser dev tools, look how quickly the problem disappears just by reverting to the default system font (screenshot adds a bit of fuzziness).
