At the top of Google for my keyword in 4 days?

I recently registered Infidelium.com and parked it at SEDO. I just typed in the keyword Infidelium and I am at the top of google, there are 80,000 hits. How did this happen so fast and why can't it happen with all of my other domains. Is this due to the fact that it is such a small niche and isn't targeted that heavily?
Also, I was thinking about switching from Sedo to 1plus, will this have any effect on my google ranking?

It could only help I think, I cant tell what google has cached I get a blank page, but your also on page 2 for In Partibus Infidelium.

Does Sedo allow you to put links to your parked pages in your sig?

Suddenly domains parked with Sedo seems to be appearing in Google's results.

Has Sedo become so big that it has been able to negotiate some kind of authority status from Google? That would explain simple parked pages showing up in search results.

I think its because it is not a term that is competitive for making money, the other names you have probably are and have to compete with 1,000's of webmasters to get listed, where just having the keyword as the domain isnt enough

well i seem to be in a similar situation

one of my proxies which i created a week back is on the second page for keywords "fastest free web proxy network"

i did not do any kind of promotion for it yet

i think with more promotion it has a chance to hit the first page also

So i just switched my domains to 1plus.net, I typed in Infidelium in google and I can't even find my site. When I type in Infidelium.com it comes up but the description realates to another article on the site. When I had it parked at SEDO i just transfered the domain but with 1plus i changed the dns settings, could this have made a difference? THe transfer allowed me to enter meta keywords, description and title...changing the dns doesn't give me those options
