Worth around regfee - xx for those type of names right now. Might as well send into auction if the offer was on Sedo otherwise I would accept it.

I would think higher than that, because it's most likely a high PPC keyword real estate related.

But how much this domain cost under current market conditions and does it make any sense on holding it for few more years?

If it were me, I'd keep it. That being said, if you sell that would pay for at least 7 of your other hand reg's. Sounds like a good offer for that domain right now.

I'd sell it for $300 that way, you've made a profit, and made someone else happy. They would possibly have great ideas for the name when developed-and thats what we all want from our .mobi's. Your call tho, and good luck!

Yeah, for LLL.mobi usually can only go up to USD600 at sedo. The gem for .mobi. Sedo market for dictionary .mobi still at reg fee.

I'd hold mate, property searching on mobiles is gonna be big business IMHO but it's up to you personally i'd probably counter high at mid $xxxx just in case it's an end user on the other end, and if they accept then you've just made a decent bit of cash, but saying that if .mobi keeps going the way it is if you hold you'll get more for sure!

If it really the case, I might consider to buy worldproperty.com as it is also not developed since long time ago. Pay to click with revenues might not able cover the reg fee.

I advise all to go to the aftermarket to buy LLL.mobi. It more worthwhile to buy it for around 400 usd to 600 usd. Rather than buying long length .mobi. I basically agree with nrmillion now.

It stupid to pay more than 300 usd for a long length .mobi. It better to top up 200 USD more to buy a LLL.mobi. 90% can sell. Hopes that u guys agree with me.

Onassis you may be able to sell LLL.mobi until there coming out your ears but LLL.mobi are not the be all and end all, i think generic keywords will be hot property too LLL.mobi's are traded mainly between resellers at low prices, whereas generics etc go for alot more should you get the right end user on the phone! Don't get yourself into the trap buying purely LLL.mobi you could well end up dissapointed. I'd say buy a diverse collection and don't keep all your eggs in the LLL.mobi basket!!!

Yeah, but it basically more safe than buying double wordings .com. or .mobi. We can see many premium .com undeveloped especially with double wording with no buyer at all. Currently, it still a better investment to go for LLL.mobi at aftermarket as long as it less than 500 usd. Majority LLL.com 99.9 are developed, it have shown the market demand for it. It act for a benchmark for us.

Next year, domainer might not hestiate at all to pay 600 usd for any LLL.mobi in the market. I think that most of us will agree to it.

As far as, I had paid $20.00 reg fee, no meaning of selling it for such for lower price and in a year or two, it can fetch good amount in case everything goes well with mobi.

Anyways hoping for the best.

To be frank, in view of the waiting. There are many better name than asiaproperty.mobi especially .com undeveloped. Plenty of world , euro contain .mobi still waiting for 100USD offer at sedo with developed .com but no offer at all till now. I believe it will be a much better deal if I want to buy one at a price higher than reg fee. U can check the sedo, if u dun believe. LLL.mobi is still the best choice. :hehe:

I'd hold unless you are desperate for $$. If someones offering $ now for it they will offer $ in the future so whats the hurry ? With mobi as hot as it is why sell yourself short?

Onassis thanks for your feedbacks, but I’m little confused with your LLL concept, does it can fulfill current and future market demands?

All the past mobi sales are clearly indicating how much one ready to pay for a LLL this time and for a generic keyword domains.
