Are there any pre-made templates that allow YouTube AND Orig Video Uploading?

I need to create a TV/Video site and want a site template that will allow users to add their YouTube Vids, and their original Videos.

Does anyone know if this is out there already?

I dont want to pay someone to create this type of site if there are ready made site templates available already.

You can try phpmotion.com ; its a new CMS and templates that allow your members upload videos, add description and tags, etc.

Most video plugins along Youtube/Vimeo etc. You can allow user uploads on Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal; however, you should look into something like PHPMotion.

If you just want links from Youtube or whatever then any plugin will work but services like Kaltura exist that will do the hard work (i.e. upload/encode/store via plugin) but it depends on how and where you want the video to be and how much control you want over it. To upload and store LOCALLY means you probably need a VPS Hosting plan if you intend to have any moderate volumr of uploading.

The problem that you will run into with allowing video to be uploaded vs linked (i.e. you have it versus stored on another server) is that the encoding is heavy CPU and will get you kicked from most shared plans.

If you can create FLV files then you can upload and play almost anywhere with just an upload plugin; however, they don't show up very well on most Macs.
