I'm looking for .mobi sites that are playing (streaming or VOD) videos. I know of several mobile video sites, including one that converts YouTube vids to play on mobile devices, but I have yet to see a .mobi compliant site that actually plays videos onsite. Please post link if you know of any. Thanks.

That sure is a cool site but i bet it's a very expensive set up though! Seems to have been designed by a company called Mediaplus. May have to drop them an email and see what the quote is for a similar site!! I'm betting it's got to be in the low $xxxx region!!

Fantastic! Very high standard to match! They must use browser detect cause it sure does'nt look like a .mobi compliant site. If so, this IS what I was looking for... a .mobi site serving mobile and desktop users! Rep Added!

I wanted to add... the SmartVideo sample looked good though they may want to find a clip, or stream, without cg crawl as its unreadable.

Could not see a demo at BlueApple, perhaps someone has used them...

Thanks for the site links. A bit sparse now but this corner of the .mobi market will get much more crowded in the next year or so

I agree that they're using a code for detecting browsers, cause on the emulator it looks completely different, and the videos wouldn't play at all. Not sure if they would on a real mobile phone or not.
