Are there any free YouTube type site templates available?

I am looking to create a site where members can upload their own videos, and their own pix.
Does anyone know of any free site templates that can allow you to do this?

You mean freeware right? Try phpmotion. It's an open source Youtube clone.

Make sure you get good advertisers first. I know google has to pay a lot for all the bandwidth that youtube uses.
