Are Paid-to-Read programs against AdSense TOS?

I scanned through the TOS and didn't see anything about it but are these sites that people get paid to click on your site against TOS? I was thinking about putting my site on one.

I mean, I'm not paying people to click the ads, just view the site :td:

Site is incentive based. Adsense can´t be placed in Incentive
Based Sites. Contact them first.

incentive based sites are not allowed for adsense
long ago they allowed in PTRs but then they changed terms due to cheating

traffic exchanges and paid to read/click/search/view etc are all against googles TOS
even if your just advertyising your site there

i wouldnt be suprised in NPclicks falls in the same category

You should contact the adsense support team if ur case is xceptional.
They will help u sort it out.
