Is it against adsense TOS to advertise your website with adsense on it, with np clicks here (people get payed for clicking)?

I read that joining any kind of autosurf and related programs is against TOS. Becuase it brings visitors that are not accualy interested in your website (you get clicks from people who aren't interested in your content --> and not advertisers content).

On the other hand everybody could sign you up for it so I guess google can't ban you for doing this.

So, is it against TOS?

Prohibited Clicks and Impressions

Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or impressions, incentives to click or to generate impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Good point! I'm not an adsense expert so I can't answer the question but would like to know other peoples thoughts on this too.

I definatly wouldn't think so...although it is an adcentive based click, the referrer is not a traffic exchange, that being NP's,I will look into this,But i think all is good using the NP advertising method with adsense.

SEDO doesn't allow to put parked site in NP Clicks (I received a waring about 2 months ago) so I think it's similar situation to sites with adsense...

It isn't NamePros breaking the rules, it is the site owners who buy clicks for NP$ to drive traffic to their AdSense sites who are technically in breach of the AdSense TOS.

As I read the TOS, i do not see where it is violating it. This is a way of advertising, so is placing an ad on a site that charges you on a per click basis is that violating the terms? since you are essentially then buying clicks on to your website. No that isn't against the terms if so Adsense itself would break it's own TOS

that is the same way i understand it...I don't see any adsense TOS violation here.

That would correct...No parking services allow incentive based clicks of any kind..You can't even legally put a link to your parked domain name in your signiture on forums...Parking services want pure typin traffic....Website advertising is allowed via adwords, directories and ect via adsense...if person clicks a "website" link from a directory ...that is in full compliance with adsense TOS...You are allowed to promote a website..You are not allowed to promote a domain name parking page.
