domain Appraisal needed on a few dot coms (and .nets)

I have been casually collecting domains over the years and after finding this site last year tried parking some of my domains. I am thinking about developing a few, but am curious how much value it might add to a domain. Could someone give me an idea of before and after values of developing these and which ones might be best to start with?

santaclause.net - this is a .net and a misspelling, but it made over $280 on Namedrive last year mostly in December. I wonder what it it could do if I develop it.

missteps.com - this is a dictionary word and I think it could be developed into a political site or maybe a celebrity site.

cutwaste.com - Environmentalism is getting popular and this name would fit well for a green site or site about cutting government waste.

abrightsmile.com - I registered this domain a few years ago to use for dentist friend, but he is not interested in it. I think it might make a good site for jokes or comic videos.

goodfishing.net - Obviously this could be a fishing related site.

Basing on what you said about last years revenue on NameDrive, I'd say $1,800 for santaclause.net.

Goodfishing.net - $90 with room for lots more depending upon the buyer.

Thanks. Do you have any opinion on how much I could improve them by developing them? I would also appreciate any opinions on the dot coms.

I checked and I was slightly off on santaclause.net. It did $267.14 last year. $236.80 in December. $19.59 in November and a minor amount the rest of the year.
