I am fairly new to the domain business, but I decided to try my luck by registering a few generic sounding dot coms. I was wondering if any of you could estimate what the following two might be realistically worth?

My logic behind registering the first dot com is that the rental industry is currently more lucrative than any other sector of the housing market in Britain. My thinking for the second domain name is that it could be used as a travel, hiking or road trip site.
