Pulverize.net is a single word dictionary name, but I am not sure what it would be associated with other than professional wrestling or boxing. A google search brings up references to milling equipment. The .net extension hurts its value, but some .net's are starting to bring in money. Is it better to just sit on this domain for a while?

I also have a few others I would be interested in getting a value on:

skatinginfo.com
abrightsmile.com
goodfishing.net and .org
santaclause.net (It is a misspelling, but a common one) I have owned it for five years. I had a [email protected] email address on this domain for a while that got tons of spam and a few emails from kids. I didn't know you could make money from parking the domain until I started reading this forum a few days ago and I parked it at Namedrive. I feel bad about missing the Christmas season with it.

Thanks,
Tom

Nice pickup. Easily worth $100, probably more.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping it would be worth a bit more than $100. Maybe I will just keep if for a while and see what happens. Any opinions on the other domains?

Thanks,
Tom

I don't see much value for pulverize unless you can find a band that has that name or construction company looking to sell crushers. As for abrightsmile.com I feel that is your strongest. It has a great end user possibility obviously being dental or braces or even photography and should fetch at least low $x,xxx

Thanks. I actually had an unsolicited offer for abrightsmile two or three years ago in the low $xxx range. I don't remember exactly. Maybe $200. I wasn't interested in selling it at the time.

Not all one-word .net domains have value (and many are available to be registered). This one does have potential, though, since some companies are in the business of crushing / pulverizing things.

The owner of pulverize.com has it parked - a fact that may help you (since your potential customers don't have to worry about having their domain confused with a competitor's). At least one firm in that business should want a good "pulverize" domain name! Be the first to approach them and you might just make a high $XXX sale.

(For a sample of your potential customers, do a Google search on "pulverizing" and look at the companies advertising at the right edge of the screen.)

Good luck,
Dave

P.S. You probably know there is a series of movies called "The Santa Clause" - I think the third one came out recently. So your misspelling could have a ready-made market.

Thanks. I didn't know they had three movies out. I have seen the first one and remember a second one coming out.
