domain leerics(.)com appraisal, please

This domain is only a couple of years old. I initially purchased it to host a brainstorming tool for lyricists/songwriters. I think it may have more potential if used for cataloging the lyrics of popular music, maybe in a more creative way than the other sites do.

I'm a developer myself and could create such a site, if I wanted to. To be truthful I'm pretty burned out on developing and would let this one go for the right price.

What do you think I might get for the domain alone?
