I think it's a bit long. The "official" hurts it in my opinion. Other recent reported sales, at Namebio, of "paleo" domain names (with two words only) are in the range of low $xxx. So, for this one, I would say mid $xx.

This is a nice domain, but you always have to think "How motivated is the buyer?". In this case, the hard part about monetising the paleo diet is producing your information product. The domain name itself is good, but does not confer much competitive advantage. That said, it's worth marketing to end users.

Do it. Your domain is good, so just create your official paleo diet information product and make decent money yourself.

What he said ^. As soon as I read the name i wondered how you were going to avoid litigation. The name is worthless and will attract legal action. Do a grace delete if you still can.

Make sure you do your homework on trademark issues before buying domains.

1. you are wasting money on domains you can't monetize legally
2. you may have to face the wrath of some companies who decide to take legal action.

Don't let this put you off, nearly everybody makes mistakes at the start and wastes money but the most successful learn from their mistakes and do not make the same ones.

It looks like its an iffy one, so be careful before development/sale of the domain.

If someone has "invented" the paleo diet and it's their intellectual property, then you do have a major problem unfortunately.
