App domains, are they valuable?

Have any of you sold any domains with app in the title? I have some ideas to reg but I'm not sure if companies that make apps would find it worth buying. So something like GuitarTunerApp.com let's say, would it be valuable? Also have any of you sold app domains?

I registered tutsforapps with the idea of building a tutorial site with training materials showing how to use new apps. I think the new Adobe apps would make a good target.

They are definitely hard to find. In addition to two good words being scarce, It seems like every decent word with app as a part of it is also taken.
