Hi,
I tried to fund my Namebright account via ACH or wire transfer from my USD account at Wise. Both failed: We cannot currently accept payments to this recipient.
I used the bank details used on the "Add Funds" page where the "Notify us" form also didn't work for me:
Feedback from Wise (= my bank): "We kindly ask you to please reach out the recipient's bank for the correct routing number or an official documentation that shows to correct account details. Once we've received the above mentioned documents we'll have to escalate it to our relevant team." -> They assume that the routing number is not correct which would be strange given Namebright has quite some customers.
Feedback from Namebright: I am still waiting on their reply.
Does anyone encountered the same issue and knows how to fix or what the reason is? I only found this thread which is 10 years old:
