Anyone have experience using Wise to send money to Escrow?

Anyone have experience using Wise.com to send money to Escrow.com? I made a deal to sell a domain. The buyer is in Europe. They said they sent the money to Escrow.com via Wise.com. But it's been almost two weeks, and Escrow still doesn't have the money. Either that or the Escrow transaction information wasn't included in the payment, and Escrow hasn't managed to connect the wire to the transaction.

I talked to Escrow, and they're reaching out to the buyer.

Escrow should handle it.

No money received? You don't ship the domain. As simple as that.

Wise is solid and almost instant in most cases.

I tried signing up with Wise once but they wanted all my biometric data, so I went with another option.
