Has anyone dealt with them before? Got a qualified offer thru them, which means the person paid $29 to them just to make the offer, I accepted it and DA created the 3 party Escrow dot com transaction.

The buyer has not agreed to terms for 3 days now and doesn't even have an account on escrow yet.
email support on DA is not too great, am I committed at all to waiting for this guy to agree and make payment if days continue to go by and I have another buyer?

I wish DA had a phone number but they don't.

They are legit. We had a transaction through them only once, and it was slow but alright. Good luck.

Hi TampaDomains, let me know which transaction you are referring to and I'll look into it for you.

Just closed my first transaction with DA as a seller.

Seems like a reasonable service.

Negotiation did take a couple of weeks...

I've sold one name via their service once and the experience was good. I've tried to buy a name using their service twice but they were not able to get a response from the domain owner in both cases.

If you use DA's landing pages they won't display a BIN price. Lame.

I had a name listed with a BIN price at Afternic, but instead of just hitting BIN, the soon to be buyer got someone from DA to contact me to negotiate the price. They mostly just relayed messages from the buyer, and didn't really do say anything to get me to push the price down. After we finished negotiating the price, the buyer ended up paying more for the name, than if he had just bought it at Afternic. A decent service for me as the seller, but if I wanted to acquire a name, I wouldn't rely on them to get the best/lowest possible price for it.

I had a buyer go through them to purchase one of my domains. I knew who it probably was but they were using the service to stay private during negotiations. My experience was good, no problems..

Hi Acra,

Our focus is on being a negotiation platform.

As a seller, when you're negotiating on DomainAgents, you're doing so directly with the domain buyer.

If you're being assisted via email we are working as a neutral third party and not advising either side on strategy or how much to bid etc. We're there to iron out the bumps that can derail negotiations, educate and assist in whatever way we can.
