Any Tips For Selling Domains?

Hey,
I have about 40 domain names which I continually list for 7 day auctions on TDNAM. I have yet to sell one. My prices are low, I think most of my domains are good, but no buyers.

Is there a better sevice than TDNAM to use? Is there something I'm doing wrong? What is the best way for me to sell these things?

Any tips and advice would be helpful.

Do you have a list of your names or a link to them? Just to get an idea of what you are selling. Remember there are probably 10,000 domains listed for sale per day and only a handful of large sales.

IMO, this game is not in our favor as sellers. This is especially so if you are just getting into the game. Not much of a chance in regging a .com that will turn a big profit. I imagine that 80% of people loose money 19% make decent sales in sufficient quantity to make a decent return and 1% hit it big with 50k or better sales.

This of course doesn't take PPC into account. I know that there are a few here that make $1000 a month with PPC. Good luck.

jkul.com, knags.com, and ipodadvice are the most valuable there, to me, but adult domains are not my forte, so that is on the non adult ones only.

Thanks for your input! I love JKUL and knags. I might have to make a forum or something out of IpodAdvice.com.

The domain that I think will make a good sale is masseffect3.com. Bioware is making a sweet RPG called Mass Effect, and they've already said they'll be making 3 of them. When I heard this I immediately registered masseffect3.com. I'm hoping that it isnt taken away from me, though.

If I were you, I would join all of the major adult webmaster forums and list your domains for sale in your sig.

You might have success with atemypussy.com, ebonyteen****.com (best of the bunch) and probably pimptitties.com.

Buying and selling domain names is a tough business to make money in. I only buy names that I can later develop. If I can sell them, great....if not, I won't lose sleep over them.

The skill that you probably need the most in selling domains is patience. That customer that pays you may pay you well but you may have to wait a while for that customer to find your domain.

Personally, I had better success with the BUY-NOW! buttons on TDNAM than the auctions. Having all my domains listed on the same webpage with links to each TDNAM sale page helped. I pointed all my traffic towards that page. I had one day where over 20 of my domains were bought by the same person.
