the bank statement show his name same as previous registrant name in whois
i hope my registrar publicdomainregistry care about this

Ohhh Boy...... you did not get a bill of sale?
Bank statement and name in whois really does not prove that much. It just shows he owned the domain and that you sent him money. He could say it was for a completely different domain and he released the wrong one by accident or something.

Any larger sale should have a bill of sale, contract or something that shows the intent of the transaction. Money can change hands for numerous reasons and sometimes people figure that is evidence. In a court of law you must show proof and if he argues and says it was for a different transaction then it is your word against his.

Document, document, document..... the three biggest rules in any transaction.

A user with no purchase history on here + the $1,000,000.00 story = BS to me.

OP probably just sent another $1MM to the "seller" )

The OP is also the thief who stole 1215.com and from whom it was recovered by the owner.

On edit: ah, I see Acro included that one.

Seriously, if I lost my phone I have no idea what I would do. My only protection is login info and my phone.

Dr.com is owned by World Media Group, LLC which is a very large domain portfolio owner, so they may have helped in some way with the domain purchase.
@dr.com are free email addresses offered by Mail.com, along with some other domains from World Media Group's domain portfolio can be used as email addresses too (e.g. @techie.com email addresses):

Full list of domain email address options: https://service.mail.com/registration.html

Hope that helps,

ASZ .com is still stolen. So is BNN .com.

Following the links and articles pertaining to a current thread here. Whats the status of these domains?
Is there somewhere to see a list of all domains that are stolen?

I would contact your lawyer that you have on hand already Dong -- even if it's a business owner, the jargon used for domains is not too different. Lawyer up and get the story from both the registrars.

Is it locked at the original register or at yours? Do you think the seller had knowledge that the TDRP was coming and was trying to get away from the name? Did you research trademarks on the name before you bought it?

Guy buys a $1,000,000 domain. No broker, no escrow, no lawyer. Hummmmm, I have a bridge for sale. You need to move it from Brooklyn to some beautiful swampland that I own in Florida. A Million should cover it.

I agree with the above post...smells fishy !
