advice Any eNom Contact to sort out support issue?

Do we have any eNom contact to help with support?

I forgot my password and when I try to reset it, they present me another question which too I forgot.

I find it so strange, I must have tried calling them like 5 times but there is absolutely NO RESPONSE even after 5 minutes on the line. You are just on the line listening to the IVR.

Then I tried to shoot a mail to [email protected] but the mail bounced back. What's the issue with them?
Does eNom NOT have a support email? Do they handle technical support issues at [email protected]?

I would appreciate very much if someone could help me get this sorted out. I just need a password reset link sent to my email on account.

Strange, I thought I had an email address but I guess I must have used online support the last time.

I got a ticket no. from [email protected] but no response yet.
Let's see when they respond.
