If its going to be in a few days and if not aware of Unstoppable domains friday offer you can register upto 100 domains on friday for just $5 and if you are their club member you can do it on anyday, i guess upto 100 domains in a week.
If not, you can try Namebright where .com costs just $6.59 for now.
I believe these are the best offers as of now.

I know a lot of people don't like it, and I'm not sure what the offer details were, but off my head I have been regging for $4.99 at Dreamhost about 25 or so .coms now no issue
