the only one I know of right now is 1and1. I haven't seen a godaddy $1 coupon for a while.

I would use 1&1 but I read so many bad reviews about them so I don't wanna buy from them
I doubt I can buy in bulk if godaddy offers $1 domains again

Looks like 1&1 is dead anyway. It's $8.99 now (reg price is $10.99).

personally I refuse to use them as well, too many bad reviews and horror stories like you mentioned.
