Another complaint against 1and1

There's another charge on my account from 1and1. For 6.95 Canadian, or 5.95 US. The last time I bought from them it was a package of four domains.

Jerks.

I'm also going to review the number of domains I have at 10dollar.ca and compare it to the number of charges they sent, but I think they're probably clean. Incidentally, anyone reg domains at netfirms.ca? Any experience with them in the .ca domain sphere?

Talk to their billing , I had got my money back , but this was long back. netfirm is OK, you can do all basic stuff there, not sure about their customer service

thanks for the advice tk, I'll do that. My bank said to call Visa in the meantime.
