An error in the profile!

hi everyone

there is an error in our profiles:

Agreed Rules
TheArbiter has agreed to the following rule(s):
Domains For Sale Rules
Appraisal Forum Rules

the 'Appraisals Forum Rules' link works and shows armstrong's thread: http://www.namepros.com/domain-appraisals/12820-appraisal-forum-guidelines.html

however, 'Domains For Sale Rules' comes up with a 404 [page not found] error!
