An easy one - "Title" or not on a link

This question I think is quite easy, but it's been bugging me. Usually when I am adding a link to a post or a page on one of my sites I just block the words and have them link to the new page. In Wordpress I get the option to also fill in a "title" for the link, but I ignore that. Is there any reason I should put that title in? Should it match the key words I've already blocked or be something else?

Thanks in advance!

:)

This is for the "title" attribute on the link, which sets the "tooltip" people see when they hover over the link.

Currently, it appears NOT to be used in search ranking algos by the major engines (or if it is, the direct influence is VERY slight). But you can use it to explain or clarify what's at the link destination and influence visitor click through.

Repeating the anchor text would be redundant (and maybe annoying) - if you can't think of anything to put there, leave it blank.
