Wordpress Post Tables

I thought i might add a table to a wordpress site but i could not find the option in the toolbox for a new post, should i just cut and paste from a document ?? Or am i not seeing what i should be seeing ??

Many thanks, i did try the first one i think but in the end just did a cut and paste from a word document and it did what i needed, many roads to rome as they say, thanks again
