discuss Amazon Rekognition

Hi guys

Sure lots of you have read recently about the Amazon battle with shareholders over providing the rekognition software to various state agencies.

I'm new to the game but could see a big future for rekognition now the case has been eased through the shareholder meeting.

I can potentially see rekognition being so successful in future that there may be a calling for domains around it. I regged rekognized.com and rekognizable.com in case the spelling became widespread enough to give them value.

Given the TM is for Amazon Rekognition I don't believe these would infringe but am I likely a) to have any issues over Tm with these domains and/or b) potentially likely to be able sell them in future?

Any opinions gratefully received.

Hi John, thank you for your response. Please can you explain if this supports my ownership of these domains or if it suggests I would have to hand them back? Apologies for my ignorance, I didn't really understand the way it's worded? Also phonetic equivalent in these examples refers to lyx instead of licks for example. I'm not quite doing that with these domains. I'm taking their mis-spell and using alternative endings. Surely no one would suggest rekognition is phonetically equivalent to rekognizable or rekognized? I really appreciate your help with this. I'm keen to understand it better.
