Depends on the niche/sector, but first thing that springs to mind is develop a site/s and do affiliate marketing or direct partnerships with companies who would pay a commission on any sales via that site/s.

it depends on niche and traffic on site.

If the domains are worth developing then do it !

You will make more money in a sale with a developed domain if you have time or just develop just one and see what happens..
