I was speaking with Don from Moniker two weeks ago with a few last questions before registering my first domains with them. He replied with a very clean explanation, leaving me only with 1 question. I replied but two weeks later did not get email. I sent the reply to both [email protected] and Don's own address. I'm sure there must be a simple explanation, maybe the mail didn't arrive or got stuck in a filter or so...

Does anyone know an alternative address for anyone who can answer the question before purchasing the domains? I know they have a tel.nr but I don't really feel like an expensive cross-Atlantic call (if a domain I already own is in danger it'd be no issue to make the call, but for a simple question I rather not make an expensive call to the USA)

moniker.com only mentions [email protected] but as I said, no reply there. Anyone knows how to reach someone with a different address that can answer the query? I've been delaying the purchase now and I would like to finally make the registration...

don @corp.moniker.com was where I sent my question to, without answer after two weeks. Maybe problem with the mail, or with a mailfilter?

I will try support @corp.moniker.com as well, is this going through the board as well or to the regular helpdesk? (note: as long as they respond I don't mind who replies :tu: )

You aren't alone. About 2 weeks I sent him an email after reading about the discounted pricing that Moniker apparently gives NP members. Still awaiting a reply as well.

I've only been waiting to hear back from support for 3 days, but still...it would be nice to be able to log in to my new account.

Also still waiting for a reply. I may call them the coming days anyway, even though I'd prefer to deal with these simple questions per email.

Perhaps I got lucky? They responded today, and I can now log in.

It seems that mails to .corp.moniker and .moniker go to the same place anyhow. I sent a mail to each, a day apart, and received an answer a couple of days later to both mails within minutes of each other.

The second response referenced the first, so both were probably read by the same person at the same time.
