I was speaking with Don from Moniker two weeks ago with a few last questions before registering my first domains with them. He replied with a very clean explanation, leaving me only with 1 question. I replied but two weeks later did not get email. I sent the reply to both [email protected] and Don's own address. I'm sure there must be a simple explanation, maybe the mail didn't arrive or got stuck in a filter or so...
Does anyone know an alternative address for anyone who can answer the question before purchasing the domains? I know they have a tel.nr but I don't really feel like an expensive cross-Atlantic call (if a domain I already own is in danger it'd be no issue to make the call, but for a simple question I rather not make an expensive call to the USA)
