All TLDs in order of value?

A while back someone asked NPers to rank 8 TLDs in order of value. To expand on this, what would your top 10 be if considering ALL the extensions - CA, TV, DE and others that were not part of the original question (http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/281927-put-these-domain-extensions-order-value.html) ??

That's why I asked people for their top 10 ... obviously there's little use debating the value of .UA etc at this point

It depends on the definitions of value but in 2007 there have been sales that if published would have been top of the Dnjournal over several weeks.

However saying that I am sure there are lots of unreported sales in others as well.

Seems .biz nowhere to be seen in lists but i wonder value of .info's would increase, like all 3chars infos get reg'ed now as soon as they drop.
