I need to pick up an all in one printer this weekend. (printer, scanner, copier, fax) Anyone have a positive experience or recommendation? I'd like something that prints text fast.

Maybe $200 range, not sure. Any super deals I should know about? I'd much prefer to pick one up now, instead of mail order.

Thanks,
John

Canon Pixma MP750 (without fax) or the MP780 if you need fax as well! Think they are a little more than $200 though, not sure..

Thanks ThreeD. I just started looking yesterday and that was my top choice so far. It says 25 ppm, but I assume that is very low draft quality. Would you say the speed of the text is 'fast' at a quality setting?

I've tried both machines, excellent photo quality and excellent print speed in general.

25ppm is top quality for regular text prints - for photo it is a little slower. What is good to know is that the printer module in the Pixma MP 750/780 is the same Canon used in the Pixma 4000 series, which is a true quality photo/gfx printer. I have the Pixma 5000 myself, been very happy with it and never looked back :)
