Hey folks! I am kind of interested in the quick flip and supplementing my income by $500+ a month. I'd like to think that this is very possible through a little domain flipping. I'm looking for the one stop place where I can pick up a recently expired domain and turn it over quickly and preferably on the same site. I am completely new and just speculating here. So please provide a little guidance:
1. Is this realistic completely part time?
2. How much skill verses luck is involved?
3. What's the best avenue for me to travel to accomplish this goal? (I'm not looking to spend thousands on a domain on spec.) I'm looking for a cheap buy and then double-up or more if I get lucky.
I'd also be interested to hear about the kind of buy/sell operation the veterans in here may have.
