Critical information like registration date shows how old the domain is to would be buyer/investor.

Also wondering if this is allowed under ccTLD policies at global level and if so why don't other gTLD or ccTLD do this? is there any unfair advantage to anyone by doing this? I see .ai is on fire and looks like registry wants to make most out of it. This non transparent behavior is not good and hope other established and well-know domain registries don't follow this.

If any industry veteran has more knowledge, please share. Thanks.
