Hello!
Due to information placed at nic.cd site «We will send your login credentials as soon as it is ready.
In this transition time no domain names will be suspended, even if they came to their expirity date.
Please ignore messages from CONIC/Webnet Africa/Mikuba (all the same team) as their database is already disconnected from the .CD Registry since 10th August 2017.
Please contact us by eMail (support AT nic.cd) to receive instructions on how to regain your Registrar access account.»
Due to information placed at
http://www.nic.cd/nic.cd/
https://www.lexsynergy.com/news/498-upheaval-for-congo-s-cctld-sees-registry-contract-cancelled,

For registrants, .CD Registry will send login credentials as soon as they’re ready. In this transition, .CD Registry note no domain names will be suspended, even if they reach their expiry date.
So, due to all the information I understood that
1) .cd names are not suspended even they expired during all the time transition period is on.
2) if transition period is still on, because there is no information from the .CD Registry and Registrars don't do any operations with .cd domains which belong to registrants and due to time .cd domains have already expired, BUT due to .CD Registry information domains HOWEVER are not expired
3) So, do I understand this situation in a right way that .cd domains will be remained at registrants even operations with domains (every year renew=prolong) are not performed??? So, will registrants not loose their .cd domains?
Please, write your opinion if my understanding about .cd domains not expiration is right or not.
