By popular demand, we have launched a dedicated feedback thread for Afternic, the GoDaddy-owned domain name marketplace.

As below I reported lately similar issue but no answer was here , The afternic laborer chat support couldn't figure the issue to solve .

After my investigation and the headache of emails back and forth with godaddy , it appeared that all emails from domain [email protected] are bouncing back !

If your case the same I recommend adding domain [email protected] to your email whitelist/safe senders list settings .
Also add domain [email protected] in your email as "my contact list" .

My issue was solved by steps above .

Thanks for the tips. Google Email Log Search shows no record at all hence it must be bouncing before. Manual resend works so this is a strong indicator the issue is on their side. Let's see if they can fix it soon

thanks for sharing, at least they identified the issue and working on it. I will try to whitelist them on a domain level as well, hopefully that will work as a workaround for now

I spoke with a representative today who has been with the company for several years and was unaware of the 5% commission when using the Import Lead / Custom Checkout Link feature via Afternic. He placed me on hold and later reported back, after checking with advanced support, that this commission structure does not exist to their knowledge.

Apparently, Afternic decided to expand the functionality of "Good as Gold":

I believe it used to be just an accumulation wallet?

Do they allow partial withdrawal though? E.g. when you accept 10k payment as Good as Gold and then withdraw 5k and leave 5k to be used at GD/Afternic.

From what I read, it's a "Must Spend at GoDaddy" wallet. That's why they're offering you a 3% bump if you use it.

If you could easily withdraw it later, then they wouldn't be offering the 3%.

We've made an update and resolved the issue on our Add Domains page. You should be all set to list now. Please DM us if you need any further help!

Had same at yesterday night.

I would also ask Godaddy with this occasion to remove SMS confirmation every now and then, if I logged in why ask again and again? We don't work from Internet shared cafes and other spaces for such strict security.

When are you going to fix next:

I have UNLISTED the domain but still receiving Fast Transfer emails to Authorize its listing !!!!!^&*@#)&*T$@T&)*

During several months somebody is trying to list my domain with the Afternic so I was forced by you to find my old account, add the domain and UNLIST it, but emails with Athorization request are still coming. I've sent you DM but nothing changed. How long should I wait or what to tell ???

Also why do you need a clickable title in your emails - Authorize your participation in Afternic. ?

Don't you enough a button - Authorize Now ?

To get more accidental clicks so you could increase your conversions rate and to get people in trouble ?

Taken many months now. No, I don't feel like contacting support, I know the drill unfortunately.

Also, I'm unable to list salome .ai or ilham .ai. I get the "you have successfully submitted 2 domain listings" page, but the names never appear in my portfolio. This is not a temporary issue, I've tried many times within last months. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
