By popular demand, we have launched a dedicated feedback thread for Afternic, the GoDaddy-owned domain name marketplace.

We have created this thread as a way for you to tell us what works, what doesn't work, and what features you'd like to see at Afternic (please be constructive with your feedback). We're looking forward to hearing from the domain investment community to help us shape the future of Afternic.

We will also be sharing Afternic product updates in this thread.

same here and just renewed DDC in September. On the top of that I am unable to access to Godaddy, receiving error in the 2step verification.

Probably a new feature coming soon. You now have to subscribe to Sooper Dooper Boosted DDC in order to view those stats.

Why do my domains on Afternic landers (using Custom - Make Offer lander) now show a message of:

Domain.com may be for sale.

Want to find if this domain is for sale? Give us a call.​

This is caused by the AWS outage today. However, all domains remain live, functional, and available for purchase as usual.

As below why the chosen lander is Bin + Installment lander and i get price request lander as a result !!??
This discovered by coincidence today when i checked the domains landing page .

@Afternic Please when will get the final lander product and with no more mess and shocks ??

Same thing happened to me. I chose one lander and they put me on this one. I guess we can't choose our lander. Afternic will choose the lander for us. Ha!

Same thing happening with me. ALL my landers were BIN and now they switched to Get Price landers

Hello,

Yesterday, I sold a domain via the Afternic Fast Transfer network. Unfortunately, the transfer failed, and I received the following message from Afternic:

When I went to Dynadot to unlock the domain and initiate the manual transfer, I encountered this error:

I then contacted Dynadot support to remove the Afternic hold. They informed me via chat that the transfer failure occurred because the registry was busy at the time of the sale. I asked them to remove the hold so I could transfer the domain manually, and they created a support ticket. The next day, they followed up with this response:

I replied with screenshots from both my Afternic account and email, but Dynadot insisted that Afternic must contact them directly to authorize the removal of the hold.

Therefore, I’d like to ask @GoDaddy for clarification:

- If Afternic contacting the registrar is indeed a required step, please arrange with @Dynadot (and other registrars, if applicable) to remove the hold before sending the “Failed Transfer” email. This will allow sellers to complete manual transfers promptly.

- If it’s not a necessary step, please inform @Dynadot that they can remove Afternic holds if the transfer failed upon the seller’s request to avoid unnecessary delays and confusion.

I’d also like to note that I encountered a similar situation before with Porkbun, and they were able to remove the Afternic hold immediately without requiring Afternic’s permission. This allowed the manual transfer to be completed the same day without further delays.

@GoDaddy many people waiting for parking revenue payment for september, payments were mostly paid of until 15th, today 22th and still no payments. Any information when You pay for afternic and godaddy parking revenue?

I have the dan.com lander on nearly all my domains. I set prices on a couple unpriced domains earlier in the week; the pricing has not yet shown up on the lander.

@GoDaddy Can you provide some insight about what LTO number of months are most popular among buyers? And do you have any recommendations for sellers? Also, do you have any plans to introduce LTO for domains above $100,000? Thank you.
