the matter of 60 day lock is also related to fast transfer on sold names. doesnt the fact it is automatically transferred to gd for the lto imply fast transfer?

I understand that Fast Transfer listings only become active after the 60-day lock expires. However, for LTO sales, Fast Transfer isn’t a requirement, and the transaction can still proceed through a manual transfer.

Sure. In LTO sales, the 60-day lock expiry is mainly required to ensure the domain can be transferred automatically or manually to the GoDaddy holding account. That said, if the domain is already registered at GoDaddy, I believe a push might still work during the lock period.

If you’re asking in general, yes all Fast Transfer BIN and LTO domain sales should be transferred automatically.

Did finally get paid—Afternic might’ve helped move things along. But when I speak to customer "Transaction Assurance," I don’t exactly walk away feeling assured. Afternic seems more automated and streamlined, while GoDaddy's Domain Buy Service… well, if you're not chasing it down yourself, expect to wait up to two weeks.


The last two transactions? No one even had the domain. It really feels like there are two completely different assurance systems between Afternic and GoDaddy’s buy service.

The recent change to the way to adjust pricing stinks. You have gone a step backwards with this. Nothing can be done quickly. Please change it back.

I actually just made a change using the new method -- it didn't seem more cumbersome. I was only adjusting the MIN Offer amount for all domains priced at a certain level. It applied the changes pretty quickly.

EDIT to say it did take me a little bit to get used to the new interface. Caught me off guard...

For me changing one domain. 4 seconds at sedo 10 seconds at afternic. That adds up for me.

Absolutely agree, Thanks for bringing this to attention.
Now there is no way to bulk update prices by percentage, one can only bulk update if the same price is entered for all domains. Which doesn’t make any sense, only does for a single domain price update.
I think I’ve seen it like this a few weeks back, but was quickly returned to normal.
Is that part of all the ongoing experiments? @GoDaddy @Afternic

The problem comes when you want to update the Buy Now price of all or some of your names in bulk. The percentage option is now missing..

Is anyone else facing an issue with Afternic cash parking landers? They’re showing nothing but a black screen. It's not just one or two domains; it's happening with all of them. Today, I changed the cash parking lander for my 20 domains, and when I checked, all of them were showing just a black screen. I'm curious am i the only one facing this issue, or is anyone else experiencing it too?

Thanks for your feedback - we’re rolling this back.

Our goal is to give you the option to set floor and minimum offer prices as a percentage of your BIN, so they adjust automatically with BIN changes. This step added extra clicks, so we’ll revert it.

When using the BIN lander I see this phone number +44 20 7255 0717, and when using the Custom lander I see a completely different number: 480-651-9741.
Why this happens? Shouldn't be the same exact number on both landers?

These numbers provide support in any language?

All landers are always in English, when it will be possible to see multilingual landers? If someone from Spain arrives on some lander he should get a Spanish page instead of the default English.

But now I'm facing another issue that my Parking dashboard on Afternic doesn't show any traffic. I'm pretty sure that one of those domains get at least a couple clicks a day but Afternic support tells me that it's because they don't receive any traffic.

I just sent an email to the parking support team describing the issues and am now waiting for a reply.

I moved a few hundred of mine to Giant Panda with Afternic for sale link. Get traffic and 5-10 clicks worth $.50-$1.50/day. Slowly moving some to Atom for better marketing.

we I opened today panda account and put 4 names there that made me like 5k on bodis total fro. 2018 to 2023. then they went to zero.

not really cause names went dead but cause epc.went to 1cent or 0cent... from like 50 cents.

so let's see if they make some on panda

sadly I didnt even renew most my rev names cause parking is dead... but if somehow panda
makes money then I guess I might regret dropping em.

but really... I dont see how names making nothing on bodis can magically make 50 times more on panda
