By popular demand, we have launched a dedicated feedback thread for Afternic, the GoDaddy-owned domain name marketplace.

We have created this thread as a way for you to tell us what works, what doesn't work, and what features you'd like to see at Afternic (please be constructive with your feedback). We're looking forward to hearing from the domain investment community to help us shape the future of Afternic.

We will also be sharing Afternic product updates in this thread.

Yeah up to date. The dots are the browser menu/settings drop down. Even if I switch to desktop site on mobile there is no sign in. Very strange. I'll try on my wife's laptop.

Mobile on multiple browser types is random to begin with so that's a moot point, and I'm more interested in why your desktop Firefox isn't displaying it.

So I've noticed that on desktop the header shows for about half a second on page load and then disappears. This happens on Afternic and GoDaddy but no other sites I've tried. This also happens on multiple desktop browsers.

However on my Wife's desktop the sign in shows.

On both our mobiles the header appears momentarily then disappears.

This suggests to me the issue is mobile based and my laptop must have some sort of mobile based set up.

I solved the afternic issue by changing my wifi connection and connect to my phone's internet, then it will work. But on my home wifi, afternic can't add new domains, edit prices... Maybe cache issues ?

because as soon as I connect to my phone's internet, it asks me to put my 2fa code and then I can add domains, edit prices...

But on my home wifi, even if log out and log in again, it does't ask me 2fa, and nothing works.

When I log into my Afternic I get an error message that domains for sale list is not available.
When I click on Brokered leads it also gives an error that the leads are not available.
Is everybody having this same problem?

Just logged in and noticed ALL of my domains randomly changed to full LOWERCASE (instead of CamelCase which I spent time manually doing). I don't use any bulk settings so it wasn't anything I did. Anyone else have that happen ?

Another small suggestion from me.

Afternic has many great brokers who work hard to get deals done and sell our domains for the best possible prices. After years of using the platform and many sales, it's natural that we have developed more personal contacts with some of them.

To my understanding the brokers are assigned to the new leads based on a few factors including availibility or work hours and the seller cannot change that. It would be fantastic if we have an option to choose our preferred broker either for each lead separately or a default broker for any incoming lead.

I've not signed in to AN in a good while so maybe I'm missing something... But there doesn't seem to be a sign-in button/link on the Afternic home page. This seems.... sub-optimal.

The top right corner of both mobile and desktop experiences includes a sign-in link. From your screenshots, it seems like your browser might be cutting off the header. Although we haven't been able to replicate this issue on a few devices, we'll definitely share this with the team for further investigation.

Usually, pricing updates reflect within a couple of minutes, so thanks for bringing this to our attention. Based on a quick spot-check of your portfolio, it seems like the pricing is all up-to-date. However, if that's not the case, Afternic's support team is ready to assist you.

Thanks for your feedback! To evenly distribute the workload, this isn't something we currently plan to offer. However, do you have an account rep?

We've upgraded Bulk Search at Afternic! You can now search for up to 10,000 domain names at a time, making on-screen portfolio management even simpler.

To begin using it, head to afternic.com/domains and select "Bulk Search."

We've also added new buyer insights to Self-Brokerage leads. You can now see "Buyer motivation" and "First-time buyer" fields, taken from our post-inquiry survey.
