Afternic not replying to emails

Anybody have a reliable email address for someone at Afternic? I've sent 4 group emails over the last three weeks and received no response. The following addresses have been used.

I cannot believe the service is this bad. WTF am I paying them for? The lack of response has resulted in the loss of money owed to me given the AUD/USD exchange rate has weakened from $0.73 to $0.77 during this time. Seriously considering removing all my domains from Afternic.

I've used both the Support@ and Service@ email addresses, and always had quick response from Afternic. The only outgoing email problems I've had over the years is when my internet service provider's IP has briefly been on a banned list (due to spamming activities from some of their other customers). Maybe check if there are similar IP issues with your outgoing emails? Or try sending from another email address like a Gmail one?

Seriously considering removing all my domains from Afternic.

I removed all of my domains from Afternic and GoDaddy months ago. You should do the same.

Selling Domains on GoDaddy is Rigged With Problems.

They are clueless when it comes to domainers. They always have been and always will be, unless they spend millions to buy industry-expertise through acquisitions of companies run by domainers who get it.
