5. Once you hit "Submit Domains" button, it will take you to "Review Your Listing" page where you can review the details of your domain name for sale listing along with price points before clicking on "Submit for Processing" button. At this page, you can also read the terms and conditions of the Afternic Membership Agreement.

6. Once you hit the "Submit for Processing" button, your domain name(s) will be submitted for preparation of domain name sale listing.

7. After the completion of above steps, you will receive an email from Afternic DLS at your Afternic account registered email address informing you about your domain name's eligibility for Afternic Premium Network and suggesting you to Opt-in at your domain's registrar where the domain name you are trying to list is registered. Email should look something like this, refer to screenshot below:

8. While you wait for ownership confirmation email from your domain name registrar, in the meantime, you can update nameservers of your domain name to redirect it to a Godaddy/Afternic powered for sale page which would help in selling the domain name as Godaddy has done immense branding/marketing and it is well-known + trusted brand all around the world.

Afternic nameservers to be used are:
  • ns3.afternic.com
  • ns4.afternic.com
9. The end result would be worth it. This is the "For Sale" page that would appear within 24-48 hours at your domain name which you have listed on Afternic for sale.

Great work @Soofi Thanks.

Questions:

(1) If I acquire a domain at, say, Epik, and list it immediately at Afternic, will it be immediately available in the registration path of Godaddy?

(2) When I acquire a domain at Godaddy and list it on Afternic (for fast transfer), it is immediately available in the registration path of Godaddy. After 60 days of ownership, fast transfer becomes effective. Now, if I transfer the domain out to, say, Epik right before it expires, how does it affect the Afternic listing and fast transfer?

1. It should be available per my experience, granted that it is not under "pending review" status at Afternic, and you have approved the fast transfer option.

2. They probably will require you to approve fast transfer once again, but I doubt that happens given the fact that Afternic doesnt have an option of keep validating the prior-approved domain names and continue to show as approved.
