Advice On Great Domain Auction

If sedo accepts submission of domains for their "great domain auction" does that mean your domain has value? do they really have a team that accepts submissions or is it a computer that just checks length and words to see if they are "common" words in the language you select?
does anyone else have experience with this selection process?

Not sure if I can answer your question quite so eloquently as Elden avis, but...

Sedo has a team that evaluates your submitted domains according to their established rating criteria. As far as I know, they are hand-picked and there's nothing very scientific about it. My opinion is simply based on my own experience with submitting domains and the feedback I have gotten from my Sedo account rep. Keep in mind, however, that ultimately it could be simply one person who decides whether or not your domain is chosen.

I think it's safe to say that if your domain is selected for auction, then yes it does have value.
