ADSENSE vs ADSENSE for DOMAINS

We're currently researching on alternative options to standard parking and identified the site at ipphone dot com as an attractive looking option:

1) Does anyone know if that's a parking template or a customized site developed by the owners NameAdministration?

2) If it's a developed site, does Adsense TOS allow the ads to be placed on different pages without any unique content? Or are the ads a direct feed from Google/Yahoo (ie Adsense for Domains) which would allow such ppc-type pages?

3) Is there a software/tool that helps to build such sites? Or, can anyone quote us to build such a site?

Thanks for all feedback.

man, so many questions.

1. Adsense cant be displayed on non content pages
2. AFD is designed for non-content pages and comes in XML, Java and HTML feeds from google. These feeds are really easy to throw up onto a page pulling contextual ads from keywords.
3. The example youve given is a particularly poor example imho - whereas most AFD templates provided by someone like Namedrive would give you a much better example
4. Your problem in considering the google AFD program is that they believe they already have all the big traffic domain owners on board. We achieve 100k page views per day and yet the AFD team in the UK still refused to handle our account due to a lack of traffic - so we are now a UK company handled by AFD in the US. So unless you achieve some serious traffic (1m+ p/v / month in type in traffic) AFD will not be interested.

So, in short, you cannot create a straight parking page with google ads unless you are a member of their AFD program. And Im guessing youre not as youve had to ask the question. Best of luck in any regard

Badger is right. If i recall right they need 750K per month

Regarding the format the publisher modify it the way he wants as you can see from parking companies already and Google's FAQ

Q: What format does AdSense for domains return?
A: AdSense for domains returns formatted HTML for display. For large customers, Google offers XML output as well.

Am researching for a client that has about 500,000 per month. Is it worth applying now or is the 1million a minimum

Yes i thought i saw that once, but the figure doesnt seem to be on the FAQ anymore. Wonder if they've increased it or become more lenient.

Well, at 1plus we were approved some time ago but when i tried to launch the service I was made to reapply. What then transpired was that the UK arm of the AFD program declined the account due to a lack of traffic. And we achieve 3.5m p/v per month..

Like I say, I was told by google that they believe they already have all the large undeveloped domain owners or agents already on board. And they are obviously being very careful what with all the furore surrounding MFA sites and click fraud.
