"Effective May 31, 2007, adult domains are no longer allowed in the AdSense for Domains program. We define adult domains as any domain whose name, content or advertising is lewd, graphic, or profane; this includes domains with profanity in addition to those with obscene content. This means that you must remove any adult domains from your AFD portfolio by May 31."

I've heard from 2 Parking companies so far confirming this ....

Time to find a alternative If you park Adult names Folks -

I guess, Google has plenty of money and hopefully some other parking partner will take up the slack. Long live adult domains.

I'm not sure off hand ... My original statement of "Time to find a alternative If you park Adult names Folks" was a bit strong - or incomplete .... But if your parking uses Adsense for Domains , You'll need to keep an eye on it.

 From what I hear now .... Google is doing a 180 on this decision ;)

Seems they intend to leave Adult listings ~

Maybe someone here already has the same email to confirm it ?

I haven't heard about the 180, but I have just got a great generic adult typo, with a 67% CTR, but its only getting $0.01 a click at namedrive or sedo, so I'd be keen to here of any other alternatives. Still don't understand why google would want to drop adult ads anyway- were they being sued when they turned up in all the wrong places?

Confirmed...

Google have indeed done a 180 on their previous decision to ban adult domains ...

Considering the search and surf trends, they'd be blatantly stupid to ban adult domains.

I think after .xxx hasn't gone through, they've had no choice but to keep supporting adult names. Seriously, would they abandon that huge of a sector of people that would then go to their competitors with adult AND non-adult names and make their competitors a lot of money and gain that much more ground? It would be stupid at this point.

To ignore the BIGGEST market of the internet economy would of been a bullet to the head of their stock price.. That's the same thing I said when this originally broke. Better sell those google shares. Apparently someone over there read my post. LOL
