.mobi Activate.mobi - ent.mobi - Opinion!?

I think when registering .mobi names we have to approach it a bit differently
than registering keywords and such like we would a .com .net etc... because
it is really a different dynamic altogether.

I believe that early skeptics of this new extension may need to rethink their position. Mobile devices still have a long way to go, 10-15 years ago only doctors and alike had cellphones and beepers. Who would have thought that both, kids and adults would have one or more to themselves.

I believe accurate abbreviations
and desirable acronyms will play a major part in mobile internet.

I think both names are very good and given the time will give you good return on your investment. I also regd dir.mobi which is short abbreviation for directory.mobi as well as directions.mobi which are premium names. I already have .mobi directory active now on dir.mobi and I am planning to put directions as well.

Thanks for the feedback fellas I appreciate it. You got a great name there vcool, good luck with it. I did sort of the same thing with ent.mobi until I figure out what I will do with it.

Ent is the name of the Tree People in the Hobbit (or LOTR?). That is what I thought when I sat it, along with it being all premium letters.

I like ent.mobi a lot I figure that will have a good value if well developed. Your idea for Activate.mobi I'm not sure will flow that easy as every cell phone I have ever had to activate required me to be on another phone and talking to customer service. If the phone is not activated in the first place it wont have access to the wireless network but thats just my take on it. You may have another gameplan setup that will work.
