status-resolved Account auto-closed?? The numbers seem to be rising

Whats the deal with all these Auto-Closed accounts? Over the past few weeks I've noticed more and more. It seems "new" members are signing up and within days there account is closed.

Is account auto closed when the member or namepros closes the account?

Are these members trying to create duplicate accounts?

Will this have an impact on your guess when the one millionth member signs up??

That's one of many reasons accounts are closed.

Closing an account does not affect the contest.

Thanks Eric, I thought you'd be the best person to shed light on this.

It's a shame the way things have been going the past couple months with rogue accounts and scammers. It's great that namepros has such an effective team clamping down on this.
