A taster got my domain

A little over ayear ago I made the calssic mistake of bulk checking some domain names - - "Awesome their available" "I'll buy them on Monday".
Of course Monday came and only 50% were still available - -

Does anyone know how I can find out who registered that domain?
(they let it expire so I got it - so I'd like to send them a belated thankyou note :hehe: )

Odds are if a taster grabbed the domain, they will more than likely drop it after 4-5 days. (unless its generating revenue). More than likely its not though. Just check back in a few days, my bet is it will be avail to reg again.

Just an FYI, if nobody did a whois search on that domain (at whois.sc/Domaintools.com), when the taster had it registered, there will be no record. DT only stores record's if somebody does a search for the exact domain.
