A question about wireframe

I'm getting a web application developed by a team in India. They have designed the wireframe for the proposed application. There are many things in the wireframe which are not the way I want. However, the wireframe itself is in the right direction. Do I need to correct everything in the wireframe or accept it as it is hoping that mistakes would be corrected as and when we enter the coding phase?

On a similar note, does the stage of detailed specs gathering come before or after the designing wireframe?

What are the important factors to keep in mind when reviewing wireframes and getting them right?

If you want something changed, tell them now. That's the whole point to doing wireframes.

Depends on how they do things, but it's "correct" (and more efficient) from a systems design standpoint to signoff on all the specs first.
