User experience and Success of a Website

Many web development companies like those based in Raleigh and Durham region of US consider the success of the website to be related to the overall user experience. In the whole process of web designing Raleigh and Durham based companies consider the aspect of user experience to be of the most significance.
The term ‘user experience’ refers to a concept that places the end-user at the focal point of design and development efforts, as opposed to the system, its applications or its aesthetic value alone. It’s based on the general concept of user-centered design
Four factors that affect the User experience are Branding, Usability, Functionality, and Content. These four factors can be taken to measure the user experience on a site and also eventually the success of the website. Independently, none of these factors makes for a positive user experience but if taken together, these factors constitute the main ingredients for a website’s success. :wave:

imo, a website is successful if it achieves its goals. these goals can range from bettering user experience, to obtaining visitor information, to delivering subtle messages.

similarily, first posts have differing goals as well. some are to introduce the poster, while others are flat out to promote a website and increase its search engine rankings by linking primary keywords.
